Access Your SuperCare Funds Easily for Dental Care

SuperCare is essentially a program through which you use your superannuation funds for regular or emergency dental care.

This program lets you apply for the Early Release of Superannuation (ERS) so you can pay for your dental and orthodontic treatment costs. Use SuperCare to pay for the dental requirements of your partner, child, or yourself. Pay for the whole cost or in instalments. Simple.

Who are Eligible for SuperCare

If you’re an Australian native or a permanent resident, you can use SuperCare for all your dental care needs. Not only you but your family members are also eligible based on the law that governs SuperCare i.e., the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.

SuperCare is essentially good for families that:

• Don’t have a suitable or enough health funds.
• Have little to no money to pay for treatments.
• Have one member with superannuation funds.

Signing Up for SuperCare

By working together with SuperCare, our team at Parkwood Green Dental can help you through the whole process. The process is easy and fast where you can easily get the dental treatment you need without delay.

• First, ensure you book an appointment with us. Then, talk to your dentist about your dental treatment plan.
• We’ll send your details to SuperCare through the online referral form.
• The SuperCare consultant will get in touch with you for eligibility verification.
• Once you become a SuperCare client, the Compassionate Release of Super or (CRS) process will begin.
• The team at SuperCare will then ask us for your support letter needed to file the CRS claim.
• We’ll sign the form and submit it.
• After submission, it will be further reviewed, then sent to the ATO. The process will take 10 days from the date of application.
• Once your application is approved, our team will be notified accordingly and your super will then be released in as little as 5-7 days.
